Dr. Andrew Nelson

Dr. Andrew Nelson has had the privilege of training at some of the most well-known medical institutions in the world. After graduating at the top of his medical school class at Johns Hopkins, he completed a year of medical internship at Johns Hopkins/Sinai Hospital. Following his time in Baltimore, Andrew moved to Boston to complete dermatology residency training at Harvard Medical School. While he trained with some of the most well-known dermatology experts in the world, Andrew realized he wanted to focus even more specifically on surgical dermatology and cosmetic rejuvenation. He then completed a fellowship at UCLA in procedural dermatology, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic procedures. During this time, he developed deeper knowledge and experience in treating skin cancer, as well as helping patients to achieve cosmetic rejuvenation with minimal downtime and maximum impact. He is honored to be able to bring the skills and experience gained in these world-renowned institutions back to the Tampa Bay community.

Dr. Chris Nelson

Dr. Chris Nelson completed undergraduate studies and medical school at the prestigious combined medical program at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. He then completed a year of medical internship training at the renowned University of Miami – Jackson Memorial Hospital. Chris was honored to train in dermatology at the University of South Florida, as he knew he wanted to work and care for patients in the Tampa Bay area. Upon completion of his residency, he wanted to be able to offer patients the best care possible. With that in mind, he decided to pursue additional fellowship training following residency. He completed a dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston after residency. Chris knows that this additional training helps him to offer more complete, detailed care to his patients.

Dr. Lana McKinley

Dr. Lana McKinley completed her medical studies at Nova Southeastern in Ft. Lauderdale, where she graduated at the top of her medical school class. She completed a year of initial medical and surgical rotating internship at Nova Southeastern, Largo Medical Center, serving as a chief intern. She then pursued her dermatology training at Nova Southeastern, Largo Medical Center, where she was honored to serve as a chief resident in dermatology. She has spent the last decade growing her experience while working in private dermatology practices and has particular experience and skill in the early detection of skin cancer and surveillance. She also has valuable experience treating pediatric dermatology conditions, including adolescents and younger patients.
